EQUALS TRACK RECORD MONTREAL, Que., Aug. 25. Marking tha second straight victory of the afternoon for jockey Elmer Fator, Bob Blackburn was winner of the Rivoli Theater Purse, at a mile, which featured this afternoons racing at Mount Royal. He ran the distance in 1:39 to triumph handily over Double Daro and Madges Fellow. The winner dominated the running throughout. Fator steered him on a true and straight course to the first turn, where he was through on the inside. Kingsway drew up to give him a battle and hung on resolutely until approaching the turn for home when he started to falter. Cooper sent Double Dare along in rousing fashion on tha outside at this point and he loomed menacingly for a brief time, but once in the stretch Bob Blackburn drew away to score by a couple of lengths, while Double Dare held an equal margin over Madges Fellow. The time of the race equaled the track record.
