CAPTAIN RED PROMISING COLT HENDERSON, Ky., Aug. 25. J. C. Milam is confident that his two-year-old Captain Red, winner of his only engagement, will develop into a racer of much class. This son of Captain Alcock Wilton Flanna, by Danger Rock is a good looker and has attracted the eye of horsemen here. In his only start, he ran five-eighths in 1:00 and won easily, after leading from the start. Milam has developed many great racers and this colt may add to his list of champions. While Milam remained at Lexington where he has eight horses in training at the Kentucky Association track, John Daniels put Captain Red through his final preparation and saddled him for his victorious effort. Daniels has had him in charge since the Latonia meeting and deserves much credit for the colts impressive debut.
