NOTABLE TRAINING FEAT Special Correspondence. LONDON, England. For a trainer to saddle four winners in si xraces the same afternoon at Newmarket is an accomplishment rarely achieved. The "Bachampton Wizard," Fred Darling, recently did this at the Newmarket first October meeting. He saddled Lord Woolavingtons smart three-year-old filly, Will o the Wisp to win the second race, the eighty-fourth Triennial Produce Stakes. In the third race-he sent forth the same owners Fickle to finish down the course. He took up winning thread again for Lord Woolavington when the good two-year-old colt, Manitoba, cantered -away with the Boscawen Post Stakes. Darling then sent out Lord Lonsdales champion filly, Myrdbella to romp away from her four rivals in the Hopeful Stakes, and the finished the day by winning the Apprentice Plate with his own horse, Claymore. Other winners, at the same meeting saddled by Darling -were John A. Dewars Dauntless in the Trial Selling Plate and Lord Ellesmeres Lemnarchus in the Snailwell Stakes. All the winners, except Claymore, were ridden by the stable jockey, Gordon Richards, Englands premier horseman, who this season has won more Uian 140 races.
