WANT BOARD OF CONTROL TORONTO, Ont., Oct. 18. At the conference between Premier Henry, Provincial i Treasurer Dunlop and representatives of the Thoroughbred Breeders Association and the Ontario tracks, held at Queens Park, this morning, no consideration was given the appointment of a racing commission, the Premier intimating that such a board was not in the realm of practical politics, but the breeders submitted a resolution recommending a board of control to govern all tracks in the Province. The Canadian Racing Associations was not officially represented at todays conclave, but will be at a round-table discussion scheduled for a week from Friday.
