PROVIDENCE SIGNS CAMPBELL ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, HI, July 2.— John B. Campbell, Arlington Park racing secretary, has been engaged in a like capacity for the meeting to be staged in August by the Narragansett Racing Association at its traek now being constructed at Paw-tucket, R. L Negotiations with the popular official were completed during m visit here by Walter E. OHara, who is in charge of the new project. Other officials already engaged for Narragansett Park include Sam Nuckols as steward and P. C. Galliger and C. J. Fitz-Gerald, Jr., as assistants to Campbell. The latter is now at work on the program book for the meeting, which calls for eleven stakes, and the daily feature event to be worth ,200. Daily distribution on seven races will have a minimum of ,400, Campbell said.
