1 HAMILTON, ONT., NOTES o e Racing secretary J. P. Turner announced that entries for opening day at Fort Erie will be issued from this point Tuesday morning. The large string of E. B. Jewell shipped to Syracuse to await the opening at that track July 4. Jockey F. Dougherty, who suffered a bruised shoulder on Mish Mash at Dufferin Park, will resume riding Wednesday at Fort Erie. ■
