CARBINES GOLDY. away well but racing wide on the turns, came with a belated rush when straightened out for the final drive and, withstanding a long drive gamely, drew out in the last strides. TERRAZZO, going in his best form, responded to strong urging, could not withstand the winner, but held MARGIES DOLL safe at the end. The latter, saving ground the entire tr , weakened near the end. TRAMPLE had no excuses. PRINCESS PAL stumbled after reaching the three Eighths post and fell under the inside fence. BUDDYS CHOICE, away slowly, was going to the leaders with a rush when she bumped into PRINCESS PAL and unseated her rider. Scratched— 97936 Kentucky Green, 111. The latter slipped through on the inside turning into the stretch and was put to strong pressure, but was not good enough. PURPLE ROBE finished camely on the -outside, but could not reach the leaders. GOOD TIME MAY weakened in the final drive. BARASHKOVA had no excuses. KING HALMA was through reaching the last quarter. ALKALI gave way to the winner after setting the early pace, but held BEIGE at the end. The latter, racing on the outside, weakened in the last eighth and was put to a drive to withstand KINGSPORT. The latter finished well.
