1 FAIRMOUNT PARK NOTES 1 t and William Snyder took over the job as starter Monday. He replaces G. R. Wing-1 field, who left for Syracuse. Joseph Nelson, Thomas Cropper and i Spreck Kennedy arrived from Chicago Monday morning. They are part of the ground | crew to assist starter Snyder the next three I days. The special leaving here for Syracuse consisted of four cars and a coach. The shipment left about noon Sunday. Marion Allen will ship Black Flash to Detroit after the meeting comes to a close, j He already has Justa Sheik, Whipper Cracker and Wild Crees quartered at the Fair Grounds. Aurebon will be turned out at Kansas City and will be picked up for racing in Texas this fall. R. A. Leigh, Jr., will act as placing judge in the absence of Clifford Abbo, who left for Syracuse Sunday.
