RAISE ILLINOIS CCC QUOTA James D. Ellis, civilian head of CCC activities in this section, announced on Friday that Illinois quota of men in the CCC will be increased on July 1 from 21,680 to 34,800 men. This is the result of the Presidents action in reserving 00,000,000 for this agency out of the new work relief fund.
