I LOUISVILLE TURF NOTES 4- Post time for the first race, Derby day excepted, will be 2:00 oclock throughout the Churchill Downs meeting, which opened Saturday. Starting time Derby Day will be thirty minutes, earlier. Each Downs program will comprise eight races, with the second and third forming the two parts of the "Daily Double." This combination will be suspended Derby Day, according to announcement by Ervin Weidekamp, chief of the mutuel department. The popular Bahr starting gate, which has; been used here for several years, again will be employed by starter Wm. Hamilton in dispatching all fields. Among the full-fledged jockeys and apprentices scheduled to swing into action Saturday are: W. D. Wright,. E. Arcaro, M. Garner, W. Garner, J. Westrope, C. Landoit, W. Hanka, R. Finnerty, J. Wagner, D." Meade, F. Hernandez, L. Pichon, H Louman, W. Kern, L. Hale, R. Montgomery, G. Fowler, L. Balaski, H. Peden, T. Vercher, G. El-ston and others.
