CLAIMS AND SALES $ « H. Mcllvain, acting for Mrs. Mcllvain, Tuesday purchased the three-year-old Flight of Gold at private terms from J. V. Stewart at Washington Park. Brimfield, winner of the sixth race at Omaha Monday, was claimed for ,000 by Mrs. V. Tehan, but the horse was not delivered until a sworn statement was furnished the officials, who were of the opinion that it was filed in the nature of a "protective" claim.
