KERN SET DOWN FOR MEETING LATONIA, Ky., June 25.— Jockey Willie Kern was suspended for the remainder of the meeting by the Latonia stewards. They found he had cut over too sharply just after the start in the fifth race. Kern, who had the mount on Manners Man, had previously been suspended for a like offense.
