LATONIA, Ky., June 26. — Upon the report t of the veterinarian and chemist of the Kentucky - State Racing Commission and under : the provisions of rule 240-B, Kirby Ramsey, , trainer of the horse Flint Shot, is suspended I and denied the privileges of the course for sixty days. On June 22 upon the course of the La-tonia . Jockey Club a saliva sampling of the horse Flint Shot Was taken and submitted 1 for analysis. Such analysis, as reported by r the chemist, disclosed positive presence of f strychnine and caffein. The horses Flint Shot, Reelaway, Trans- bird and Morning Star, trained by K. Ram- sey and registered as the property of Mrs. K. Ramsey, are also denied the privilege of f racing upon this course during the period j designated.
