Y., June 26.— News was as received at Aqueduct today of the death of of Sir Greysteel, the imported son of Roi oi Herode, which was the leading stock horse se at Holley Beach Farm, near Annapolis, Md., l.t owned by the late Sylvester W. Labrot. The tie handsome big stallion broke his off hind leg eg while romping in his paddock and the in- n- jury was such that he was humanely de- e- stroyed. Sir Greysteel sired several of the he best horses that raced under the Labrot ot silks and probably the best was Tred Avon, n. He was also the sire of Springsteel.
