ARREST DAYTON OFFICIAL DAYTON, Ohio, June 26.— Just before th« running of the third race today, Sheriff Phil Kloos of Montgomery County, arrested Horace Baggott, vice-president of the Dayton Jockey Club, but otherwise no effort was made by the peace officer to interfere with the races. Baggott was taken on a technical charge and released immediately* Young Baggott, according to Sheriff Kloos, was arrested "for conducting races without a permit." The races, according to judge Roland Bag-got, president of the Dayton Jockey Club, will be run and he and other members of the Dayton Jockey Club will be subject to arrest eaoh day and subject to a fine of not less than ,000 nor more than 0,000 for j each day run without a permit and to a years imprisonment for each days violation.
