Won driving; second and third the same. GOVERNOR BILL, suddenly improved ar.d away well, moved around the leaders nearing the stretch and out finished BARSAC. The latter, in close quarters for three-eighths, came to the inside for the drive, was forced to go around the winner and just failed to get up. MAD BUD, a strong factor from the start and forced to lose ground in reaching the lead, tired in the drive. HOUSE AFIRE, in close quarters early, was shuffled back at the far turn and made up ground fast in the drive. P1PSON quit. DEVILISH NICK made up ground. TOP SPIN quit.
