I h s 51 = t " , LaFOLLETTES GET 5,000 WASHINGTON, D. C, June 26.— The will of the late Senator Bronson M. Cutting of New Mexico was admitted to probate Tues- day. It disposed of an estate valued at ,976,260. Doing away with legal verbiage, the former Progressive Republican merely listed 133 bequests ranging from ,000 to ninety-one friends in New Mexico to 50,000 and his newspaper, the Santa Fe New Mexican, to Jesse M. Braca of New Mexico, a close friend. His Progressive Republican friend, Senator Robert D. LaFollette of Wis- consin, was bequeathed 0,000, and the lat- ters brother, Governor Philip LaFollette of Wisconsin, was left 5,000.
