CARREAUD HORSES REINSTATED NEW YORK, N. Y., June 28.— The horses of F. A. Carreaud, suspended June 12 on the conviction of trainer F. G. Travis for using a stimulant on Cantine Lass were yesterday restored to good standing by the New York racing commission. This suspension was lifted following the approval of Joe Notter as trainer for the stable. The suspension of Travis was continued until further notice, and Herman Walkenhorst, a groom in the stable, was suspended indefinitely, -—
