S WELL HEELED, improved and having speed from the start, impeded RIDGE WISE before drawing clear Approaching the final eighth and had STYLE CORNER in close quarters while holding on in the last sixteenth. The latter raced wide early, was taken to the inside in the stretch and suffered slight interference near the end. FULL FLING, a factor throughout, held on well. ROlLESS came from far back in the last eighth. CANTERON closed fast. SWEEPERMAN bore over in the stretch, but raced well when straightened. SHUFFLE OFF, given a hustling ride and brought over from the outside sharply on the far turn, swerved put entering the stretch and, holding en gamely, outlasted ENELLA in the drive. The latter improved her position fast after reaching the last five-sixteenths, got to the front in the drive, but failed to hold the winner. PETEE BLUE, well up from the start, swerved to the inside when tiring in the drive. RUBANS CHOICE had no mishaps. MONTARIS lost much ground. FRENCH KNIGHT began fast and was going well i when forced back on the far turn, but failed to improve his speed when clear. SYM JACK suffered mild interference on the stretch turn. KISSIE was outrun. UNDERSTAND bettered his position gradually after reaching the stretch, came between horses in the* final eighth and won drawing out, but had little left. CINAR, in the worst going throughout, was racing well when BLUE SPUR bore over upon him in the last sixteenth. BLUE SPUR, a factor from the start, swerved when punished in the drive and tired in the late stages. MARY CARMEN showed .good speed to. the final eighth, then faltered. BYRDEL tired. SHORT SKIRT was in the least desirable going throughout and weakened in the late stages, but outstayed CARDARRONE. The latter wa3 under vigorous urging throughout and had no mishaps. WHIPPER CRACKER, away slowly, raced between horses when moving up fast on the turn and out-gamed TERRIER in a long drive. The latter, also taken between horses when improving his position on the turn, was on the inside in the drive and held on stubbornly. NAVAL CADET bore out badly on the far turn, suffered an additional loss of ground when entering the stretch and swerved to the inside in the final eighth! TECHNOCRACY, taken back on the stretch turn, did not threaten therealter. OUR DAVID weakened badly! CHANCE FLIGHT was under strong urging from the start and gave way completely entering the stretch.
