Piquett was convicted of having harbored Homer Van Meter, Dil- Dii- linger gangster, when the government *nt sought him on a warrant. Judge Sullivan an overruled motions for arrest of judgment ent and a new trial, but did permit the ac- *g* cuseds bond of 2,500 to stand until July y 5, when a new one must be posted.
