TAKES HARVARD POST CAMBRIDGE, Mass., April 16 Professor Howard Mumford Jones, a member of the staff of the University of Michigan, Wednesday, received notification of his appointment as professor of English at Harvard University, effective next September. Dr. Jones is an authority in the field of American and English literature of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
