TO INSTALL TOTALIZATOB t ARLINGTON, Texas, April 17. Trav Daniel, resident manager of Arlington Downs, announced this afternoon the Texas Jockey Club was negotiating with the American Totalizator Company in regard to installing a totalizator for the fall meeting. Daniel also said he would inspect the different camera finishing machines this summer with a view of installing one here for the fall meeting.
