DEATH OP FRANK WRIGHT LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 17. News of the death of Frank Wright, Tennessee turfman, was received with regret by his many friends at Churchill Downs and Douglas Park. Wright, according to dispatches from Miami, is believed to have been the victim of his own hand. He had been in poor health for several years, horsemen said. In recent years he had raced a few horses and formerly made his home in Nashville. ,
