BRADLEY FIGHTING SUIT LEXINGTON, Ky., April 23 Manager C. Barry Shannon, his wife and daughters, returned from Palm Beach to Idle Hour Farm last night and will be here until next winter, when they are to return to Palm Beach., Col. E. R. Bradley- remained in Florida to answer a suit filed by- a Baltimore man who is claiming- commission on the sale of Fail-Grounds race track at New Orleans. The case was to have come to trial last Friday,, but. was postponed at the plaintiffs request until next Saturday. Colonel Bradley holds that it is an unjust claim and has said that he will remain in Florida all summer if necessary to defend his rights. Colonel Bradley says, he made the. two transactions concerning Fair Grounds himself and without the claimants aid. The first deal was made with judge Joseph A. Murphy and the second with, Joseph Cattarinich and Robert Eddy. Colonel Bradley expects to reach Idle Hour Farm next week, unless there is further postponement of the case.
