BABESON dropped back after five-sixteenths, came again in the stretch, but tired near the end. SCORE quit. PATSYETTE, chief cause of the delay before the start, showed nothine. BRENDARD, outrun early, moved up with a rush after three eighths and tiled when steered to the inside and stickiest going in the drive. COTTINGHAM showed little. SKY O BLUE quit. KENTUCKY BLUES sprinted into a long lead in the opening quarter, was inclined to bear out when relinquishing the lead and appeared not to relish the going.
