ANOTHER WOODWARD TRIUMPH Special Cablearam. LONDON, England, May 13.— William Woodward, chairman of the New York Jockey Club, won another victory in England today when his American-bred Flares iwon the Newmarket Stakes at Newmarket. The race was at a mile and a quarter, and Flares, held at 100 to 7 in the betting, de-j feated Fearless Fox by a head, with His I Grace third in a field of eight. Flares is a j son of Gallant Fox— Flambino, and a full | brother to Omaha, which made a successful i debut in England last Saturday when he J won the Victor Wilde Stakes.
