NEON FINISHES IN FRONT COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 4. Neon, racing for Miss T. Kern, led throughout in the R. K. O. Palace Theater Purse, best offering at Beulah Park this afternoon. The winner was under urging at the end, however, to stall off Long John. Ealcona always held the others safe. The sport was staged under ideal conditions. A fair crowd for an off-day attended. The racing was formful, favorites winning a majority of the races. Yehonala, Crossed Wires, Monastic and Brilliant Stone, all well backed, led practically throughout in their respective races by rather comfortable margins.
