ILLINOIS RELIEF FIGURES The 634,885 persons receiving relief in Illinois during February constituted the greatest number since the large-scale transfer to WPA employment was completed early in 1936, the Illinois Emergency Relief Commissions monthly bulletin revealed Saturday. The total approximated one in every twelve persons in the 1930 population.
