P0MP00N WORKS AT PIMLICO BALTIMORE, Md., April 16. Pompoon, from the J. H. Louchheim stable with jockey Johnny Bejshak in the saddle was out for work at Pimlico Saturday morning and turned in a smart performance when he sped one mile in 1:43 and was waved down a mile and one-eighth in 2:04. The son of Pompey Oonagh took to his work in kindly fashion and cooled out to the satisfaction of trainer Johnny Loftus. The early f actions were as follows: :25, :51, 1:17.
