WINN RETURNING TO DOWNS LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 16 Col. M. J. Winn is returning to Louisville the first of the week, following a business trip to Chicago. While there he made another inspection of work being done at Lincoln Fields, where a new totalizator is being installed and the plant generally improved for its meeting opening Decoration Day. Upon his return Colonel Winn will remain in the city until after the Derby.
