JONES MADE VICE-PRESIDENT NEW YORK, N. Y., April 16. Bobby Jones, former king of the golfers, has been appointed to a vice-presidency with A. G. Spalding and Bros. Jones also holds a directorship in the American Golf Institute, which was recently established by Spaldings to further the development of the game of golf.
