COURT BARS TWO LAWYERS Two Chicago attorneys were disbarred and a third cleared of charges by the State Supreme Court Friday. David Y. Patlak and Julius P. Waitches were the two whose names were ordered removed from the list of practicing attorneys. The former was granted a reversal from the Supreme Court after having been convicted by the lower courts on an embezzlement charge. Waitches figured in the forged will case of James Thomas Kelly. Irving Zazove was cleared of alleged charges of misconduct during a personal injury case.
