HARRON DELAWARE STEWARD HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 28. William L. Harron, steward of the Maryland racing commission at Havre de Grace, has been appointed to serve in the stewards stand during the summer meeting at Delaware Park. He will be " associated with George Brown Jr., and Herman P. Conkling.
