NAB PAINTER ROBBER The Cragin police took Lester H. Strom into custody yesterday after he was captured by Carl W. Nelson. He had made a specialty of robbing painters by making the rounds of buildings and homes being decorated. He confessed going into basements and robbing the clothes of painters. He was caught in the act of robbing Nelsons pants of 1 when the painter spotted him and overpowered him.
