KURTSINGER ON PASTEURIZED JAMAICA, N. Y., April 28 The suspension imposed upon jockey C. Kurtsinger by trainer Hugh Fontaine of the Brookmeade Stable for disobedience of orders, was rescinded yesterday and the boy restored to good standing. Kurtsinger will be able to ride Friday and will have the leg up on Pasteurized in the Wood Memorial. Trainer George Odom, acting for Mrs. W. Plunkett Stewart, engaged the boy for that race. Kurtsinger will not ride in the Kentucky Derby, as his contract employer requires him to pilot Handcuff in the Pimlico Oaks the same day. His reinstatement will permit him to ride War Admiral in the match race with Seabiscuit at Belmont Park on May 30. Kurtsinger was suspended for going to Kceneland to ride Hal Price Headleys Me-now on April 15 when that colt made his first start of the year.
