BRITISH, CANADIAN AND AMERICAN TRADE TREATIES TO BE SIGNED TODAY 4 WASHINGTON, D. C, Nov. 16. The long negotiated British-American and Canadian-American trade treaties will be signed tomorrow in the East Room of the White House, it was announced officially today Signing of the treaties will link the United btates with its largest customer, the United Kingdom, and its second largest customer, Canada. The announcement brought a successful conclusion to negotiations which have been under way by the three governments for seven months. The State Department said that details of the new treaties, including specific concessions on the part of the signatories, will be released Friday. The treaty with Great Britain" inc udes the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, the British Colonial Empire. All colonies are included except the dominions commonwealths and India. The separate treaty with Canada is the only one thus negotiated with the British dominions and commonwealths.
