ELSIE JANIS PLANS COMEBACK NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 16. Elsie Janis, now nearing the half century mark, is" planning a comeback on Broadway. She intends doing impersonations and comic monologues of the type that made her famous years back. Miss Janis will open a series of Sunday night solo concerts in New York, commencing on New Years Day.
