I FAIR GROUNDS TURF NOTES I I Apprentice Justin Howell had his initial mount of the Fair Grounds meeting Thursday afternoon when he was astride Black Scout in the seventh race. Jockey Joe OMalley, who rode with a good measure of success at the Fair Grounds for the past several winters, is an arrival from his home in Ohio, and expects to get down to riding weight and resume saddle work. Sam Molay, acting for Mrs. L,. C. Molay, traded Move After to Tom B. Miller for Salestax. No cash was involved in the transaction.
