HITLER DEFIES ENGLAND WILHELMSHAVEN, Germany, April 1. Adolf Hitler warned England by a challenge, in which he implied that if Britain wants war, he is ready for it. Hitler declared that the attitude of Prime Minister Chamberlain may destroy the Anglo-German naval agreement of 1935 and, inferentially, the Munich pact against war in which the naval pact was embodied. The Munich accord, signed by Hitler and Chamberlain, pledged the two nations never to go to war again against one another.
