WALTER JAUNCEY IN CHARGE OF NEW NORTH WALES FARM FARMWill Will Manage Affairs at Walter Chryslers Virginia Nursery NurseryWARRENTON WARRENTON Va June 14 Walter Jauncey formerly with Court Manor the thoroughbred nursery of the late Willis Sharpe Kilmer has taken over his duties as general manager of Walter P Chryslers new North Wales Farm He has a large crew of workmen building one of the most modern breeding establishments in the United States The 1000acre tract recently acquired by Chrysler is being enclosed with substantial board fencing A fiftystall fourunit brood mare barn is under construction The most modern farm machinery is now housed in new sheds All the old barns have been thor ¬ oughly renovated renovatedIt It probably will be six months before North Wales will be ready to receive Chrys ¬ lers brood mares some of which are the finest in America The mares were pur ¬ chased at recent dispersals many at the Court Manor sale last fall They are now in Maryland at the Stadacona Farm of Charles Williams Plans for Chrysler II and other sires in which the motor magnate has inter ¬ est are indefinite at present presentNorth North Wales will have breeding yearling stallion and farm departments with main of ¬ fices in the old area known as the farm unit Modern horse shoeing feed mixing and hos ¬ pital depar1 ents will be incorporated in the establishment The farm department in ad ¬ dition to other activities will provide for the maintenance of a guernsey cattle herd poul ¬ try and a piggery
