HOE AWED BY FUND FUNDCHARLES CHARLES TOWN W Va June 14 In the first case of direct assistance to a member the Horsemens Guild reim ¬ bursed owner Frank Noe for the loss of his horse Webbing recently at the Charles Town track From the fund ac ¬ crued by a 1 per cent levy on winning purses of members It was possible for the guild to replace Webbing by pur ¬ chase of another horse Goodwine and keep Noe In business Webbing suc ¬ cumbed to paralysis of the throat and berefted Noe of racing material Al ¬ though being the first instance of this sort such manner of aid is one of the primary functions of the Horsemens Guild
