Equipoise Candidates Drill HOMEWOOD, 111., June 25.— Eight of the 17 candidates for tomorrows Equipoise Mile indulged in short drills over the Washington Park track this morning. Whirlaway breezed a half-mile in :50, Marriage covered the same ground in :51, and Aletern stepped the distance in :52. Rounders executed a three-furlong move in :35%, Thumbs Up was timed in :36 for the same distance, Woof Woof covered the three furlongs in :37, Harvard Square in :38% and Best Seller in :39.
