Roberts Earns Another Bonus DETROIT. Mich., June 25.— Jockey Porter Roberts. Lexington, Ky., reinsman, was today presented with a check for 00 by the Detroit Racing Association. Roberts successfully handled .four of his mounts on the Thursday program, scoring astride Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Abels Dots Key, Mrs. E. Harris The Duck: Miss Daunt, the property of his contract employer. Mrs. H. P. Bonner, and H. Castles War Shy. This is the second time during the current Fair Grounds season that Roberts has won a bonus, he having previously received a 00 award for piloting five winners in one afternoon.
