Fort Miami Improvements TOLEDO, Ohio., June 25.— Outstanding among the many improvements and additional features installed for the convenience of the racing public at the Fort Miami track, is the new clubhouse section adjoining the south end of the grandstand. Constructed within the bounds of war time restrictions, the new clubhouse sector provides a considerable increase in seating capacity to the local oval. Other improvements are the new lockers installed in the jockeys room, a first aid room and the completely renovated paddock.
