Black Badges Future Plans DETROIT, Mich., June 25.— Frank E. Childs, trainer for the A. Hirschberg stable, announced at the Fair Grounds today that, barring mishaps. Black Badge, a supplementary nominee for the Arlington Futurity, will be shipped to Washington Park July 11. Black Badge will make one more start at the Motor City oval, July 10, in the ,000 Moslem Temple Handicap, five and one-half furlongs local feature.
