Foster Going to Rockingham STANTON, Del., June 28. Trainer O. L. -Foster, who has developed some of the outstanding riders of recent years, will ship" the small string he has here to Rockingham Park at the conclusion of the local meet. Ken Scawthorn, Fosters latest find, will accompany the string to New England.
