Leslie Combs, August Gay Return to Lexington, Ky. HOMEWOOD, III., June 28. Leslie Combs II., chairman of the Kentucky State Racing Commission, and August B. Gay, a member of that board, returned to Lexington after spending several days in Chicago. -They will return next week for the convention of the state racing commissioners and hope to be accompanied by other members of the Kentucky Board. Combs several weeks ago made a trip through various racing states, contacting track operators, owners, breeders and others on racing matters.
