Waters Hospitalized PASCOAG, R.T., June 28. Word was received that apprentice E. Waters will be confined to the Woonsocket Hospital for approximately three weeks. The X-ray disclosed a fractured skull. He was injured while astride Lady Insco at the barriernn her last out.
