Fischer Held Blameless ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, HI., June 18. The Arlington Park stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Musical Lady, who finished second in the first race June 18, was disqualified and placed third for bearing over on In Bloom during the stretch run. After an investigar tion by the stewards, jockey A. Fischer, who had the mount on Musical Lady, was Jield blameless."
