WELL was hard held while following the pace, fenced well while assuming command and won with speed to spare. OUR ARMS jumped well throughout, but was soundly beaten. GENANCOKE had no mishaps, but quit badly after setting the pace for a mile and a half. CHEN made several bad landings and lost rider at the tenth jump. HARMONIOUS lost rider at the third jump. NORA BELLE, always nearest the leader, was not good enough. JUSTA NOTE made up very little ground. FREELANDS LAD weakened when unable to stay with the winner early. SOME WHERE needs more distance.
